• Encoding and confirming customer orders
• Customer service
• Planning of rounds according to priorities
• Optimization of rounds
• Follow-up of transport until final destination
• Registration of customer’s complaints and modification of orders
• Compliance with procedures
• Degree or training in logistics or transport
• A first experience is a plus
• Geographic knowledge: Benelux, France, Germany, England
• Languages : French, English, German, Dutch or others
• Dynamic and stress resistant
